Features of production line:
Extruder:
   Using screws of high efficiency and excellent mixing property , forced reverse
feeding section which is a spiral slot, as well as a high speed and low voice
reduction box with hard teeth surface, the extruder guarantees high output and
relatively low energy consumption
Mould:
   It adopts spiral and composite die head, which ensures easy adjustment, even
discharging and quality products. The extruder also has line-marking function.
Vacuum sizing and cooling device:
   Adopting special designed sizing sleeve and stainless steel water tank,
accurate sizing, prompt cooling and high efficiency are fulfilled.
Tractor:
   The reasonable designed multi-clawers tractor makes the interface between the pipe and the pedrail more even.
The frequency conversion ensures stable traction speed.
Cutting machine:
   Adopting planet cutting mode, it ensures plane and clear pipe cross-section.
Controlling system:
   It uses ordinary mode as well as man and machine interface, so as to meet
various requirements of different clients.
